Dylan Olson is a local Fort Collins resident with a desire to support the health and strength of his community members. He has a degree from Utah State University in Health and Physical Education, with an emphasis on wellness. He is a certified personal trainer, certified behavior change specialist, and owner/operator of the Wellness Skills Academy, an online wellness instructing company. Dylan is also a martial arts instructor with a 2nd degree black belt that has been practicing and teaching martial arts, meditation, and mindfulness exercises for over 20 years. One of his goals as a wellness instructor is to provide people with an understanding of wellness being a personal path and to show how wellness is something that can be practiced daily to improve your life, just as one would practice an exercise routine.
